These Terms & Conditions govern use of NovHerb Natural Health Store and purchases made through novherb.com. NovHerb is operated by 深圳奥格思贸易有限公司, registered at 深圳市龙华区大浪街道新石社区华宁路44号华宁路44-14号, Mainland China.

By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

1. Store Eligibility and Customer Information

The store is intended for adults who can legally enter into a purchase contract. You must provide complete, accurate and current billing, shipping and contact information. You are responsible for checking product suitability and import eligibility for your destination.

2. Product Information and Responsible Use

We aim to present accurate product names, images, package options, ingredients, directions, warnings and prices. Packaging may change, and screen colours or images may differ slightly from the physical product. If website information conflicts with the product label, stop use and contact support for clarification.

Dietary supplements and wellness products are not medicines. Website content is for shopping and general informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It does not replace professional medical advice. Follow product labels and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, managing an allergy or medical condition, or taking medication.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when NovHerb confirms fulfilment or dispatch, subject to applicable law.

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, material pricing or description error, failed or reversed payment, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information, shipping or sanctions restrictions, import concerns, or legal and compliance requirements. If a cancelled order has been charged, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices, Currencies and Taxes

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Available currencies may vary. If a card, bank account or wallet uses another currency, the customer’s provider may apply its own exchange rate, conversion charge or other fee. NovHerb does not control charges imposed by the customer’s bank, wallet or card issuer.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, international import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs charges are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.

5. Payment

Payment methods displayed at checkout can depend on country, selected currency, device, browser, wallet eligibility, issuing bank, payment-network rules and payment-provider checks. A displayed payment button does not guarantee approval. The payment provider or issuing institution makes the final authorisation decision.

Depending on eligibility, checkout may offer PayPal, debit or credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and certain local payment methods. Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer are not currently offered through online checkout.

NovHerb does not directly store full payment-card numbers. Payment providers may perform authentication, fraud checks, settlement and refunds under their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Shipping and Import Responsibility

Orders are normally prepared within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated international delivery time is approximately 25 calendar days after dispatch, but this is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery, tracking, customs, duties, restricted destinations, address accuracy and delivery-failure rules are explained in the Shipping Policy. Checkout availability does not guarantee that a carrier, payment provider or customs authority can complete service to every destination.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong item. Opened, used, unsealed or tampered dietary supplements and personal-care products are not returnable for health, hygiene and safety reasons, except where law requires a remedy.

Rules for incorrect, damaged, defective or non-conforming products, mandatory consumer rights, authorised returns and refunds are stated in the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are normally processed by NovHerb within 3 business days; providers and issuing banks may take additional time to post funds.

8. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify NovHerb promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission. Do not submit passwords, full card information, identity documents or medical records through AI chat or ordinary customer messages.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use content unlawfully.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may also belong to product manufacturers or licensors. No ownership right is transferred by website use or product purchase.

11. Availability and Liability

We aim to keep the website available and information accurate, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors or third-party service failures may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovHerb is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delay, customs action, third-party payment decisions or customer misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods where applicable.

12. Privacy and Automated Support

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. AI support responses may contain mistakes and are not medical advice. Contact human support for order, account, privacy or complaint matters.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and the operation of NovHerb are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protection that cannot lawfully be waived under the mandatory laws of the consumer’s country or region.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting NovHerb Customer Support. Any court or dispute-forum requirement remains subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, products, providers, operations or law. The current version is posted on this page with its last-updated date. Terms applicable to an order are subject to mandatory law and the version presented when the order was submitted.
